ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers.
Coordinate and manage media inquiries and interview requests.
Organize and oversee PR events, including press conferences, open houses, and media tours.
Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing reports on PR performance and impact.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR strategies with overall marketing goals.
Handle crisis communication and develop strategies to manage and mitigate potential PR issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public relations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in public relations or a related role.
Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok).
Develop engaging, informative, and compelling content for all channels on Adobe apps only.
Write captivating blog posts, email copy, and social media captions.
Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing goals and company objectives.
Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice and style guide.
Monitor trends in the coaching, training, and consulting industries to stay ahead in content creation.
Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing content.
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Engage with the community and followers, responding to comments and messages.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
2-4 years of experience in copywriting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant design software.
Proficiency in video editing or motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
Proficiency in English and/or Arabic (writing and speaking skills).
Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools.
Experience in the coaching, training, or consulting industries is a plus.
